Glowecans originate from fire snap marshes and can actually glow in the dark. Born from the fiery flames, glowecans pop into existence after a fire has reached the height of four feet. A flame can only produce one glowecan, but during fire season, as many as five hundred creatures appear in one day. During this time, the marshes are overrun with glowing glowecans scuttling to and fro. They can walk on water, run through flames, and climb trees. They enjoy hopping from flame to flame and even nest inside kindling fires.
